As part of IADT’s commitment to applying for the Athena SWAN Bronze Award, the Institute is required to put together a Self Assessment Team (SAT).
The function of this team is to oversee the application process, ensuring that all information gathered is relevant and accurate.
The SAT will consider the specific data requested by the Athena Swan Bronze application and analyse the impact of this data on the women and men working in the Institute both in STEMM and AHSSBL areas.
The data gathered will assist the President and the SAT in what IADT needs to best focus their attention on, thus informing an action plan for the 3 years following the application.
