The Student Assistance Fund is co-funded by the Irish Government and the European Social Fund.
The Student Assistance Fund provides financial support to students who are in significant financial difficulty and whose participation in college would be at risk without such support.

How to apply during the application period:
- Applications are submitted via an online form.
- To complete the application you will need to upload documentation in the application form, or email your supporting documentation to saf@iadt.ie.
- Please note If you have submitted an application, the system does not send receipt emails to applicants. Please do not worry if you have not had a response. Please be assured that we are working through all applications and documents received.
- *Please read the section on supporting documentation carefully. Incomplete applications with incorrect documents will lead to delayed payments.
- Students must be currently registered and attending in IADT for their application to be assessed.
The Student Assistance Fund is open to registered IADT undergraduate or postgraduate students on a course that is at least one year long (2 semesters).
EU students and students eligible for the Free Fees Scheme can apply if they meet the other eligibility criteria.
