The President will be hosting a table quiz from 11am -12pm in the Staff Canteen - there will be spot prizes and tea, coffee and pastries for all participants on the day.
The Elite Panel of four will include members the Irish Women's Hockey and Rugby teams, as well as Elite Performers from other disciplines, such as Irish Dance, business and STEM.
This event will take place in A019 in IADT from 1-2pm on Friday 8th March.
This event will provide those in attendance with some insights into factors that underlie the success of these elite women in their fields of expertise.
The event will include a panel discussion on topical issues involving Irish women as they strive for success in their disciplines, followed by an audience Q&A with the elite guests.
Panel Chair: IADT's Dr Olivia Hurley.
Olivia earned a BSc in Psychology, MSc and PhD in Sport Psychology from UCD, and is currently Assistant Professor of Psychology and Sport Psychology at IADT. She is a Chartered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and an accredited Sport Psychologist with the Sport Ireland Institute (SII). Her book, Sport Cyberpsychology, was published by Routledge in March 2018.
