As Maths Tutor, based in the Student Learning Centre, I am available to help students with any Maths, Statistics or Finance issues, which you may encounter across a wide range of study modules.
Following a long career in financial services, and achieving a BSc in Financial Information Systems and a BA in Maths and Economics (as a mature student), I can use my work and study experiences to provide support to students with exam preparation, assignments, or just help to put a ‘real life’ context to the area of study that may be creating difficulty.
I am typically available on Monday and Thursday mornings and am happy to facilitate either a 1 to 1 session or maybe a session with a small group of students. It is best to contact me at your first sign of any difficulty with your studies, so that I can help you stay on track!
