Christina Reynolds
Christina Reynolds is a dynamic professional with a diverse skill set and extensive experience in leadership, project management, creative arts coordination and strategic thinking. As part of her role in Directorate of Creativity, Innovation and Research, Christina manages a range of Education and Strategic Engagement projects under the FÍS Initiative. These projects are primarily in the film making, digital storytelling, digital media literacy/education and supporting emerging film-makers space. A cornerstone project, www.fisfilmproject.ie (FÍS) is a highly successful initiative. FÍS is a national initiative, running for 22+ years that supports teachers to introduce curriculum-relevant film making into the primary classroom. Christina coordinates this large-scale competition and awards event in conjunction with IADT and partners OIDE (Technology in Education).
Previously Christina worked with Trinity College Dublin where she excelled in many areas of higher education administration across many departments including: Human Resources, Office of the Provost and Secretary’s Office, where she undertook responsibilities ranging from supporting governing committees and managing external board nominations to supporting senior management, managing teams, and overseeing various creative arts initiatives such as the Trinity Creative Challenge. Additionally, Christina has many years’ experience in the private sector in Operations Management and Business Administration.
Beyond her professional achievements, Christina is an active volunteer. As a Job Coach at Jobcare, she coaches job seekers on a voluntary basis, demonstrating her commitment to community service.
As well as her Masters in Arts Management and Cultural Policy from UCD and Degree in Liberal Arts (Bard College, NY), Christina comes equipped with a Professional Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from the Irish Management Institute, a Certificate in Human Resource Management (CIPD, NCI) and a Diploma in Personal and Business Coaching (ICF, ILI) among many other personal and professional accolades.
