Dr Catherine Rossiter
Catherine Rossiter joined Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology (IADT) in 2003. She lectures in Services Marketing and Business Research Methods. Her research interests include Dramaturgy, Services as theatre, nonverbal communication, Front of house staff training, student motivation and how entrepreneurs use marketing techniques.
