Cultivating Resilience
Cultivating Resilience
Life can be hard and feel full of set-backs. These take a toll on our individual and collective mental health and lead to burnout. Cultivating resilience is understood as a key pillar for mental wellbeing.
Having ‘resilience’ doesn’t mean being unshakable.
Resilience is in fact defined, by some, as bounce-back-ability, with rest.
Cultivating resilience is a practice and takes time. It is important to cultivate self-compassion along the way too.
