Visual Communication Design graduates secure 37 nominations for IDI Awards 2020
The IDI Graduate Awards are the annual highlight of the Irish design calendar and the pre-eminent national event for showcasing emergent talent from across the island of Ireland. This year the IDI had almost 600 entries which were shortlisted to 111 and of which IADT graduates scooped 37.
Very best of luck to all our nominees: Andrew Burns, Melissa D’Agostini, Luke Dalton, Luke Doyle, Emer Fitzpatrick, Olivia Gangnus, Abby Guest, Grace Hickey, Niamh McArdle, Kate McCauley, Faye Oliver, Shane O’Reilly, Holly Smyth, Annie Rowe and Emily Torpey, many of whom were nominated in multiple categories including Use of Illustration in Design, Use of Typography in Design, Printed Material, Printed Book, Packaging Design, Design for Digital, Brand Identity, Sustainability, Interaction Design and Research.
