There is also a series of study skills seminars including essay writing, referencing and researching. Students are required to complete assignments individually and in groups during the year, but there are no end-of-year examinations.

Daniel Lloyd – BBC Content Editor altering Career to a PhD in Communication focused on Misinformation in Journalism
“When I was looking for a part-time course alongside work, a friend mentioned that his sister had completed an MSc in Cyberpsychology at IADT. My first reaction was, ‘What’s Cyberpsychology?’ After researching it, I decided to sign up. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I had some of the most standout teaching experiences at IADT, and with a close-knit group of classmates, I really enjoyed the course. The faculty understands the challenges of balancing full-time work with part-time study, and while the workload is demanding, it provides a comprehensive insight into the field. Not only did I gain valuable knowledge and friendships, the course even inspired a career change. I highly recommend it.”

My experience on the MSc Cyberpsychology program is something I’ll continue to benefit from for years to come. The subject matter is fascinating and these skills are a great advantage in the internet age. The curriculum was well-balanced, covering a diverse set of subjects. Being new to psychology, the program was well structured to get to a comfortable level of knowledge that I could build on.
To add to this, I learned much more than the subject matter itself. Skills such as: collaboration, self-reflection, problem-solving and critical thinking elevated my learning to the next level. These are skills that I find valuable for both my career and everyday life.
Most importantly, I enjoyed the whole experience and have taken friendships and great memories with me. The atmosphere and support network of Faculty and College staff is second to none. Their levels of dedication and
expertise really enhanced my experience, being a huge factor in my successful completion of the program.
