Guest Speaker: Saoirse Carey Character MakeUp Designer visits Psychology Students
Character Make Up Designer and IADT graduate, Saoirse Carey, gave a guest talk to BSc Applied Psychology students as part of the Psychology of New Media and Entertainment module.
Saoirse Carey has worked as a member of the character make up designer teams on a wide range of film and TV including Maxine, the Oscar winning The Quiet Girl, and Kin. This very informative, engaging, and enjoyable talk was an invaluable opportunity for the Applied Psychology students to learn about how Saoirse’s work contributes to character design, storytelling, and psychological engagement with film and TV.
