HR Generalist at the IADT, with experience of HR process and policy within the Public Sector. My main responsibility is to manage the administrative process involved in the employee lifecycle for both recent appointees and current employees; inclusive of recruitment, commencement, appraisal, cessation and any other workplace issues which may arise.
