IADT listed in IBEC’s top 100 Companies Index for Leading in Wellbeing 2024
This index recognises the top 100 businesses of all sizes for their exceptional contribution to employees’ social, mental, and physical wellbeing.
All companies listed are active members of Ibec’s KeepWell community and have demonstrated a high demonstrated a high standard of wellbeing performance.
IADT is highly committed to embedding wellness into all aspects of our activities and have a range of supports for staff on the Intranet (the Orchard) along with EAP partners VHI and our Occupational Health Providers Medmark in order to support staff on a range of issues to improve their wellbeing. IADT’s work in enshrining equality and diversity agenda into all aspects of the campus’ life has been commended.

From mental health resources, events and policies to wellbeing events, activities and keynote speeches, the Institute has attempted to foster an environment of inclusion, safety and support. The Institute’s achievement of the Keep Well Mark is testament to this work, and we are committed to sustaining this momentum into the future.’
IADT has a comprehensive range of policies and guidance documents in place that support employee wellbeing including its bullying, disciplinary, and dignity and respect policies and have been working with staff and students to improve and develop our Dignity & Respect policies since the new year.
