IADT Publishes 2022 Gender Pay Gap Report
IADT has published its Gender Pay Gap Report for 2022. The gender pay gap is a measure of the difference between men’s and women’s average earnings across an organisation.
As per the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021, which came into operation in May 2022, employers with more than 250 employees in Ireland are now required to publish their gender pay gap data.
The 2022 report for IADT shows a Mean Gender Pay Gap of 8.7% and a Median Gender Pay Gap of 12.7%.
The report can be viewed here – IADT Gender Pay Gap Report 2022.
To advance our Athena Swan objectives, IADT is engaged in several strategies aimed at improving gender representation in the Institute, which will have an impact on the gender pay gap.
The Institute is also prioritising work on additional equality grounds, with a particular focus on race and ethnicity and disability.
