QQI/FETAC Links Scheme
IADT is committed to encouraging QQI/FETAC award holders to progress onto our courses. For details of QQI / FETAC courses please refer to FETAC / QQI on 01 9058100 or www.qqi.ie.
Applications from QQI / FETAC award holders are made through the CAO and all relevant closing dates and conditions apply.
If you have any full QQI /FETAC level 5 or level 6 award, you are eligible to apply for a place on any of our Ordinary Degree (level 7 award) courses or on any of our Honours Degree (level 8 award) courses. Applicants for level 8 awards must have a minimum of three distinctions to be eligible.

Any FETAC level 5 and level 6 award may be used for application to the following:

Elections to Governing Body
The current governing body was appointed as per the Regional Technical Colleges Act 1992, Section 6(1): ‘There shall be a governing body of the college and the governing body, save as otherwise stated by this Act, shall perform the functions conferred on the college by this Act’.
Section 6(4)(c) of the Act states that, ‘two persons, being members of the academic staff of the college, shall be elected by that staff in accordance with regulations made by the governing body’.
Section 6(4)(d) of the Act states that, ‘one person, being a member of the staff (other than the academic staff) of the college, shall be elected by that staff in accordance with regulations made by the governing body.’
