Scholarships + Student Finance

The student grant is the main source of financial help available from the Irish State for students in and full-time higher education undergraduate courses.

Grants are awarded by a national body called Student Universal Support Ireland (SUSI).

IADT is delighted to participate in the Uversity Higher Education Scholarships for 2024/25

The scholarships are intended to remove financial barriers so that older learners can unlock their potential and realise their ambitions.  They will provide multi-annual financial support for recipients to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree for the first time.  Scholarships can be any subject area and will be tailored to recipients’ financial circumstances.   Preference will be given to candidates on full-time programmes.

IADT’s Student’s Union has some funds available for financial support. Please consult the IADTSU website for further details.

The Childcare Subsidy Fund is overseen and administered by your Students’ Union. Students who are in full-time education and who have children in registered childcare can avail of the fund.  For more details please consult the IADTSU website.

Thanks to a join initiative between IADT and Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, IADT have a Sports Scholarship funding opportunity for the academic year 24/25.
